This policy applies only to the Seeed.ai Chrome extension. It explains extension-specific permissions, data handling, and user controls.

2. Data We Process

• Account/session tokens required to authenticate users with Seeed.ai services.
• Product page context (for example product images, URL, and metadata) when needed for try-on flows.
• User-provided inputs such as prompts, selected images, or uploaded photos used to run requested AI features.
• Basic usage metadata needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How Data Is Used

• To provide core extension features requested by the user.
• To maintain authenticated sessions and account state.
• To process billing-related actions only when users choose paid features.
• To monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.
• We do not use user data to train models, and we will never use user data for model training.

4. Permissions Explanation

• sidePanel: Opens the extension interface in the Chrome side panel.
• activeTab/tabs/scripting: Reads active page context and runs product-detection logic needed for user-triggered workflows.
• storage: Stores local extension state required for account and workflow continuity.
• alarms: Triggers periodic background maintenance tasks such as token refresh checks.
• identity: Supports browser-based sign-in flows.

5. Data Sharing

Data is shared with service providers only as necessary to deliver requested functionality (for example AI processing, authentication, and secure payments). We do not sell personal data.

We do not share user prompts, images, account data, or generated outputs publicly. User content remains private to the account unless the user explicitly uses a sharing feature.

6. Retention and Security

We retain data only as long as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. We use technical and organizational safeguards to help protect user data.

Payments are processed via Stripe using industry-standard security controls. Seeed.ai does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

7. Your Choices

• You can uninstall the extension at any time.
• You can delete your generated images and related data from the Gallery page at any time.
• You can contact us to request account/data support actions where applicable.
• You can control browser permissions through Chrome extension settings.
